Rebuild North ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and our products, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email addresses you submit through our product interest forms.
• The product you expressed interest in (for example, TrailFix).

How we use it

• To notify you when the product you signed up for is ready or has major updates.
• To understand which upcoming products people are most interested in.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your email for unrelated marketing.

The Northbound Machine

The Northbound Machine may process your account information, chosen display name, submissions, votes, challenges you create or join, leaderboard activity, badges, and Brick Rank history. If you play as a guest, some activity (such as pulled bricks, saves, and local logs) may be stored in your browser's local storage instead of on our servers, and may be lost if you clear site data.

Public submissions, public display names, leaderboard placement, aggregate vote counts, badges where displayed, and finalized season rank may be visible to other users. Private submissions, private challenges, and individual vote identity are not intended to be publicly visible.

ClaimShield

ClaimShield may process user-provided claim and recovery information, uploaded documents, notes, reminders, communications, case details, and generated summaries or reports. This information can be sensitive.

Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information, and review all generated content carefully before relying on it or sharing it. ClaimShield is an organization and support tool, not legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice.

Price Hunter

Price Hunter may process your account and subscription information, searches, saved products, watchlists, comparison activity, deal alerts, preferences, and general usage data to power results and improve the service. Where Price Hunter uses affiliate links or retailer redirects, the third-party retailer will process your activity on their site under their own privacy policy and terms. Subscription billing is handled by our payment processor under their own privacy policy.

Astro Plan

Astro Plan may process account and subscription information, location and planning preferences, saved observing plans, and alert settings so the app can deliver its features. Astro Plan's app-specific privacy details live inside the app at astroplan.rebuildnorth.com.

CoinVault

CoinVault may process your account and subscription information, coin photographs you upload, AI identification results, your corrections and review decisions, collection records, acquisition and purchase information, estimated value history, and usage information needed to operate the service.

Coin photographs and details you submit are used to generate AI-assisted identification suggestions, condition-related observations and estimated values. These are informational aids, may be inaccurate, should be reviewed by you, and are not professional coin grading, authentication or certification. Estimated values may differ from realized market value. Paid CoinVault subscriptions may be processed through Stripe, which handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

Trish's Treasures

Trish's Treasures (free early access) may process your account information, treasure/item records, uploaded item photographs, AI analysis results, listing drafts, sales and expense records, shipping and tracking records you enter, seller policy settings, and usage information needed to operate the service.

Photos and item details you submit are used to generate identification suggestions, condition observations, value estimates, and listing content. Marketplace names such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Etsy are referenced for workflow purposes; when you post or sell on those platforms, their own privacy policies govern that activity. Any Trish's Treasures product-specific privacy policy published inside the product applies in addition to this one.

Guardian

Guardian is a live product that analyzes suspicious messages, websites, and screenshots you choose to submit. Submitted content is used to provide AI-assisted analysis and recovery guidance. Guardian provides informational assistance only and does not replace law enforcement, financial institutions, legal advice, or professional cybersecurity services. Paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe; payment details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Any Guardian product-specific privacy policy published inside the product applies in addition to this one.

Products in development

TrailFix (planned) is not yet available. If you sign up for updates about an upcoming product, we store only your email address and the product you expressed interest in.

Public vs. private information

Across Rebuild North products, public submissions, public display names, leaderboard placement, aggregate vote counts, badges where displayed, and finalized season rank may be visible to other users. Private submissions, private challenges, private notes, and individual vote identity are not intended to be publicly visible.

Service providers

To run this site we use third-party providers for hosting, database storage, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process limited data on our behalf solely to operate the service.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your email and interest record at any time by emailing support@rebuildnorth.com.

Legal review

This policy is general website and app privacy language written in plain English. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before any broad commercial launch or before being relied on in a regulated context.
